The service

Jadidan is a news aggregator: it shows headlines, excerpts, pictures and links from news sources, and sends you to their publishers’ sites to read them in full. It is free, and we may change or stop any part of it at any time.

Content and ownership

• News reports, their text and pictures belong to their publishers, as do their names and trademarks.
• Jadidan’s design, name, logo, software, summaries and story groupings belong to Jadidan.
• A publisher may ask us to remove or correct its content at any time through the “For publishers” page.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for personal reading.
• Do not copy the site or collect its content automatically in bulk, and do not try to disrupt or break into it.
• Do not use the site against the law or to harm others.

Accuracy

We pass on what others publish and do not guarantee that it is accurate or complete. Automatic summaries and the grouping of reports into stories are made by automated tools that can be wrong. See the “Disclaimer” page.

Limits of liability

We provide the site “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of what it shows, nor for the content of the external sites we link to.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change their date when we do. Using the site after an update means you accept it. For any question, use the “Send a request” page.
