أفاد البنك الدولي بأنَّ الهند شهدت انتشال نحو 496 مليون شخص من براثن الفقر بين 2011 و2023، وذلك في واحد من أسرع معدلات الانخفاض لهذا المؤشر على مستوى العالم.
