أعلنت وزيرة الزراعة الروسية أوكسانا لوت أن روسيا تبحث مع مصر إمكانية إنشاء مصنع لإنتاج وتجهيز التقاوي على الأراضي المصرية، مشيرة إلى وجود مستثمر محتمل مهتم بالمشاركة في المشروع.
