UKTMO: Vessel reported on fire in Hormuz Strait, off the coast of Oman The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations received a report of a vessel ablaze on Thursday in the Strait of Hormuz, 9 nautical miles north of Oman's Khasab. "The Master of a third-party vessel has reported sighting another vessel on fire. Status of crew is unknown," UKMTO said in a statement. There is no information available as of now on damages or environmental impact.
