Kuwait summoned Iran's ambassador on Wednesday to protest over a statement by the Iranian embassy that it said amounted to interference in its internal affairs, the foreign ministry said. Kuwait rejected any interference in rulings issued by its courts and called on Iran to comply with international law and the UN Charter, particularly the principle of good-neighborliness, the ministry said in a statement.
