اتفق وزير الخارجية السوري أسعد الشيباني، ونظيره الاردني، أيمن الصفدي، على تشكيل لجنة أمنية مشتركة للوقوف على جميع تفاصيل وحقائق عمليات الاستهداف اتفقت الحكومة السورية والاردنية على تشكيل لجنة تحقيق مشتركة في ملابسات عملية الاستهداف الاردني للجنوب السوري، في الوقت الذي عبر فيه وزير الخارجية الاردني ايمن الصفدي عن اسفه لسقوط ضحايا مدنيين في غارات أردنية على سوريا.
