أكد البروفيسور أليكسي يوراسوف من قسم الإلكترونيات بالجامعة الروسية للتقنية أنه إذا لم تكن مانعة الصواعق في المبنى موصولة بالأرض عبر موصل موثوق، فإن الصاعقة ستضرب المبنى مباشرة.
