Taiwan braces for potential direct hit from El Nino-supercharged Typhoon Champi

One person has died and thousands have been evacuated as Taiwan prepares for a possible direct hit. Though no longer a "super" typhoon, Champi is still packing winds of nearly 200 kmh and will bring torrential rain.
