كشفت إحصاءات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء لعام 2026م أن نحو 6 من كل 10 بالغين في المملكة يمارسون النشاط البدني لمدة 150 دقيقة أو أكثر أسبوعياً، بنسبة بلغت 59.9%، فيما ارتفعت النسبة لدى الذكور إلى 63.4%، مقابل 52.9% لدى الإناث.
