Yemeni government says Houthis attacked Al Mukalla airport A Yemeni government spokesperson has accused the Houthis of targeting a military base at an airport in the southern city of Al Mukalla, which is controlled by Yemen's Saudi-backed government. The spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, Majed Abdullah al-Nazili, said on Wednesday that Al-Rayyan Airport was struck by three ballistic missiles over the past few hours, after Aden’s airport was earlier hit with a ballistic missile.
