يوسف عبد اللطيف يكتب: استيقظ المجتمع قبل ساعات من الموعد المحدد لبدء تطبيق قانون الإجراءات الجنائية رقم 174 لسنة 2025، أحد أهم التشريعات المنتظرة، على جلسة طارئة لمجلس النواب أقرت إرجاء العمل به عاما كاملا، بناء على مشروع تقدم به النائب هشام الحصري وعدد من زملائه، بدعوى أن البنية اللازمة لبعض أحكامه لم تكتمل بعد. وكأن المعنيين بالتنفيذ اكتشفوا عند خط النهاية أن "السيرفر" ناقص السلك والفيشة، فتحولت حزمة الضمانات المنتظرة للمحبوسين احتياطيا إلى فرح مؤجل قبل الزفة بليلة!
