تداولت تقارير صحافية أنباء عن دخول صندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي في محادثات مع تحالف استثماري تقوده شركة "ريد بيرد كابيتال" الأمريكية، المالكة لنادي ميلان الإيطالي، لبيع حصة تبلغ %70 من نادي النصر السعودي، في صفقة محتملة تُقدّر قيمتها بنحو مليار ريال (267 مليون دولار)، وسط توقعات بحصول النجم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو على حصة تبلغ %20 من النادي، وفقاً لما أورده موقع "سيمافور" الأمريكي نقلاً عن مصادر مطلعة.
