اتفقت سوريا والبنك الدولي اليوم على إنشاء صندوق متعدد المانحين مخصص للتعافي وإعادة إعمار سوريا، على أن يتولى البنك إدارة الصندوق ويوفر تمويلا ميسرا وضمانات استثمار ودعما فنيا.
