بحسب مذكرة قدمها محامو الفوزان، الجمعة، إلى المحكمة الفيدرالية في سان فرانسيسكو، طلب الدفاع الإفراج المشروط عن موكله إلى حين محاكمته، نافيا أن يكون قد خطط للفرار من الولايات المتحدة.
