رفعت وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية القيود عن عدد من شركات الصرافة العراقية، بعد استيفائها معايير الامتثال، في حين دعا البنك المركزي المصارف إلى تسهيل التحويلات الخارجية واستثناها من شرط مدة الإيداع.
