يدخل القانون الجديد المنظم لمهنة العدول حيز التنفيذ، غدا (الاثنين)، بعد استكمال أجل 90 يوما على نشره بالجريدة الرسمية، في خطوة تشريعية تروم إرساء قواعد جديدة لممارسة التوثيق العدلي، من خلال اعتماد الخطاب الإلكتروني وتنظيم شهادة اللفيف، إلى جانب إقرار مقتضيات تتعلق بالمسؤولية المدنية للعدول وإدماج النساخ القضائيين. ويأتي دخول القانون رقم 051.26 حيز التنفيذ
