اتفقت سورية وفرنسا على تشكيل لجنة مشتركة للإشراف على مشاريع تنموية تمول بنحو 54 مليون يورو من أموال رفعت الأسد المصادرة، وتبادل المقترحات الأسبوع المقبل.
