غادر مغني الراب المغربي صهيب قبلي، المعروف بلقب «الحاصل»، سجن تولال بمكناس بعد قضائه ثمانية أشهر، في قضية ارتبطت بتدويناته وأعماله الفنية المنتقدة للتطبيع مع إسرائيل. وكانت محكمة تازة قد أدانته بتهمتي الإخلال بواجب التوقير لمؤسسة دستورية وإهانة هيئة منظمة، فيما انتقدت هيئات حقوقية الحكم واعتبرت القضية مساسا بحرية التعبير والإبداع الفني.
